Introduction of Sariska

Sariska is situated on the surroundings of Aravali hills in the eastern part of Rajasthan. It was the hunting reserve of the Maharajas of Alwar earlier. Siliserh Lake runs along the edge of the reserve with a hunting lodge overlooking the sanctuary.

Sariska Wildlife Sanctuary is a famous attraction in Sariska. Sariska Wildlife Sanctuary was given the status of a sanctuary in 1955 and it was declared as a National Park in the year 1979.

The climate of Sariska is tropical. Both summers and winters are very hot in Sariska.

People usually like to travel to Sariska in summers because due to the heat, the wild animals are spotted around the water spots and it's a very amazing view to watch them.
