B.M. Birla Auditorium and Convention Centre

The aesthetically designed B.M.Birla Auditorium and Convention Centre provides a perfect ambience for holding national and international conferences, seminars and meetings. The Auditorium with its excellent facilities has been playing important role in establishing Jaipur as favored MICE destination. Located in the heart of city, it is a sprawling 9.8-acre complex exhibiting a classic mixture of old and contemporary Indian architecture. The main auditorium has a seating capacity of 1350 people and boasts as one of the largest auditoriums in India, built to international conference standards. Fully air-conditioned, it has a two tier sitting arrangement, i.e. at ground level and a balcony. This elegantly designed auditorium is equipped with latest lighting arrangement and public address system.
The stage of the auditorium is equipped with special set handling and curtain system, banks of lights with hi-tech control, a contemporary sound system with sound reinforcement, specially designed recording facilities. It has the latest video and slide projection system compatible with computer disc recording.
Besides the main auditorium, there are several small conference halls and seminar rooms, with a capacity of 40 to 400 persons, for parallel sessions and group discussions, or small meetings. The Center provides state of the art audio-visual facilities, and large exhibition space.
The centre has spacious exhibition space (indoor 3600 sq m, outdoor 4200 sq m) used for displays during conference. The area can also be used exclusively for private exhibitions. It has been designed to handle every kind of display-Art and Cultural, Scientific and Technological exhibitions.
