The magnificence Potala palace standing gracefully on the Marpo Ri hill, the Red Mountain in Lhasa. Located at an altitude of 3,700 m, Potala palace offers impressive view of Lhasa city. Once the winter palace of Dalai Lama, it is a  state museum of China today.
