The Little Prince is perfectly situated in the
heart of the village on the road to the beach
– about five or so minutes to walk even in
flip-flops. Sheltered from the breeze, it was
built
to very high standards in 2003. It has
27 studios and 2 two-bed roomed apartments. If
you’
ve ever struggled to get through a narrow
gap between the bed and the cooker, you won’t
find it here. These rooms are BIG. The studios
have a generous kitchen space and a
table you
can sit at. They have high ceilings, and they
feel cool. Every room has a
balcony. They all
have (optional) air conditioning and
double-glazing. You don’t need
to padlock your
wallet to your shorts, because every room has
a safe deposit box. The
rooms are cleaned
every day, there’s plenty of hot water, and
apartments even have a
bath as well as a
shower. If you’re feeling the need for a bit
of TV there’s a free satellite feed
to all the
rooms and apartments, all of which have a big
kitchen/diner area, with
cooker including
grill/oven, a variety of pans, and a kettle.
And you don’t have to force a
hair-dryer into
your baggage, because there’s a big powerful
one in every room.
Rooms
The accommodation is reminiscent of a bygone
era. Maharaja suites, super deluxe
and deluxe
rooms have jharokhas and marble flooring. The
rooms blend an aesthetic
design with modern
amenities such as air-conditioning, Wi-Fi
Internet, work desk
and attached bathroom with
shower.
