The stretch between Ramgarh and Mukteshwar was once the beat of the infamous man-eating tigress of Mukteshwar, shot by
the Jim Corbett in 1929. According to
the Jim Corbett there is no place more beautiful, no climate any more salubrious
than in Mukteshwar. The snow views seems so close
that it enables you to feel that you can almost touch the towering peaks. During the summer months, the snowcapped
mountains tends to get clouded over by mid-morning. In Mukteshwar,
besides viewing the
beautiful sceneries,
sunrise and sunset you
can also visit the Indian Veterinary Research Institute (IVRI). |
