Day Tour Details (what all will you see during the Jaipur Day Tour):
09:00 AM: You are expected to be at our office at the above
mentioned location. Our local Guide for the
Jaipur Tour would be
waiting for you for not longer then till 09.15. You will
also be intimated the tel.
number of or Guide and
office so in case you or your cab driver needs any help to reach our
location you can call us any time.
09.15 AM: We start the tour and first make us on the way to
Wind Palace (Hawa
Mahal) where we would have a Photo break and also a small visit into
the interior of this old heritage building. After the initial
explanation by the Guide you will have around 20 minutes time to
explore and photograph this monument from inside and outside.
10.15 AM: We drive further along the
Water Palace (Jal Mahal)
to the Amber Fort. A short break at the Water Palace but no Photo
break as the sun light would be better to take
the Photographs in the afternoon. Once we reach the Amber Fort you
will be provided an
Elephants
ride to take you to the main Gate of the Palace which is situated on a
Hill. The Elephant ride could take around 30 min. Those who are not
willing to take the Elephant ride they would be provided Jeeps which
will take them to the Parking of the Amber Palace up at the Hill. Our
Guide will be waiting for you in front of the Amber Palace main Gate
and once all the Jaipur tour participants have reached he would start
the Tour of Amber Palace from inside which will take around one hours
till the Sightseeing tour is finished. After the Amber Fort & Palace
Sightseeing you have the option to go down by the Jeep or by Foot
which takes around 20 minutes downward to the lower parking where your
vehicle would be waiting for you to drive to the next
sightseeing point.
12:15 PM: We will visit now an authentic Indian Restaurant
where Indian Vegetarian Lunch will be provided (included in the day
tour given cost). You can also watch into the Kitchen here how the
Indian dishes are made. Questions regarding
Vegetarian Indian Cooking
are welcome.
13:30: In the second part of our Jaipur Day Tour we would first
drive to the City Palace of Jaipur where we will visit the old Palace
Building as well as the famous Textile Museum. Right Next to the City
Place is the famous Observatory of Jaipur
which is very well preserved. You will find the
at this place astrology suddenly interesting when you visit the
old Stone instruments. Our Expert Guide will explain how Astrology
plays an important role in the Hindu Religion not only in the daily
routine but also in business & Marriages.
15.30: Now you will taken for a
Hertige Walking Tour of old Jaipur City. Jaipur was established in 18th Century and every street
was famous for its artists so we will visit different streets having
their specialty. We will experience Local cooking of sweet dishes, Silver
Jewelry, Gold
Jewelry, Colorful Bangles, Textiles, Local Traditional dresses and
streets very important for Indian Women
for “Indian Saris “of different colors,
Style and Fashion. We will also visit an old temple & Havelis (old
House of Rajput Architecture). Our walking tour will take around 2
hours
17.30: Now we will drive to the
Laxmi Naryan Mandir which is
relatively a new Temple financed by a local rich
business Birla Family thus
also known Birla Temple. This is a nice place to watch the sunset and
we could be lucky to witness the evening prayer to the Gods in the
main premises of the Temple.
19.15: After having a long and colorful day it is time to
experience again the richness of Indian Food so we would drive to an
artificial traditional village where you could watch not only the
local traditions and Customs of Jaipur but the whole of Rajasthan. You
will also watch the different Dances of
Rajasthan being performed here
and later a rich local Jaipur and Rajasthani Food will be served in
very traditional way. If Tour Participants are too tired then visit of
Rajasthan Traditional village can be replaced with the visit of
Restaurant where also the local folkdances will be presented.
20:45: Our Driver will drive each participant
after the finsishig of the tour to their Hotel / Accommodation
!
