Nakki
Lake is one of the prominent tourist attractions of Mount Abu, it is a
very beautiful lake which is enclosed by the wooded hills. Mount Abu

Nakki
Lake is an important point of the town of Mount Abu. Nakki means
Fingernails. According to legend, this lake was clawed out of the
earth by the fingernails of the Gods. One of the famous activities
which is quite popular here is boating and also a walk along the bank

famous tourist attractions in Mount Abu are Sunset Point, Todd's Rock,

Sunset Point:
There are many view points around the town. The most prominent view
point is the Sunset Point. Sunset point is the right place to view the
amazing sunset. Sunset point is located in the south western part on
the banks of the Nakki Lake. From here one can have an amazing view of
sunset between two rocky peaks with the beautiful view of the
surrounding hills. When all the hills shine with the golden glow at
the time of sunset there is a very wonderful view at this place.
People visit this place in the evening time to have a scenic view of
the sunset. This place has a very favourable climate and is very
peaceful and relaxing place due to which this place is very favourite
among tourists. One can also shop for ornaments at sunset point.
Wooden toys, sandalwood idols and carved marble statues are the items
which can be shopped here. Also food stalls are here at this place.

Honeymoon Point is situated nearby Sunset point. It is also one of
the famous tourist attraction of Mount Abu.
Todd's Rock
"Todd's Rock" is located
on a hill, surrounded by Nakki lake. It is one of the most prominent
attractions among tourists, it is also a very amazing site for picnic.
From Nakki Lake you can see the strange rock formation called "Todd's
Rock". This rock formation is carved by the forces of nature. |
