Bassi Fort Palace

The Bassi Fort Palace, which glorifies the history
of Chundawat clan, was built in the 16th century by
Thakur Jaimal Sangawat of Sisodia dynasty in Bassi,
near Chittorgarh. This fort was later converted into
a heritage hotel. The Hotel Bassi Fort Palace is
situated picturesquely amidst hills and offers a
retreat into an aesthetically beautifully
environment. Its towering gates, domes, arches,
corridors and Mahals takes one back to the royal
magnificence of the past and the age of chivalry.
The palace has preserved its old charm, décor and
grandeur. Kalp Vriksha, the most sacred tree is also
flourishing within the palace premises.
