Can I reserve a specific model of car?
Yes, you can have a look at our website where different kind

time of booking, out Team would confirm the availability of
the vehicle and you will get a reconfirmation message as soon
as the token advance payment has reached us.
Do I have to make the complete payment in advance ?
There is no need of making the complete payment at the time of
booking. You can just make 20 to 30 % as advance payment as
asked by the Car Operator at the time of booking. The amount
may sometimes vary and would also depend on the place where
you start the tour and at what spot the vehicle has to pick
you up. As an Example if you are already in Udaipur and will
end the tour in Delhi so our vehicle will start either from
Delhi or Jaipur to Udaipur two days prior to your arrival (in
this case in the city of Udaipur) and will drive empty to be
there well in time to be able to pick you up. The vehicle has
to cover a mileage of 400 to 600 kms to reach you thus an
advance payment at the time of booking will ensure that your
booking is not fake one and the company does not get into the
losses if the Travelers do not appear to take the services as
promised.
How do I meet the Driver at the Airport / Railway Station ?
We would be asking you the flight number and arrival time and
place at the time of booking so that the Driver can meet you
you at the location where you need him at the right time. Our
Driver will hold a Name Board at the Exit Gate of The Airport.
Exit Gates numbers will be informed in advance (as an example
the Exit Gate for New Delhi Airport is no. 05) We would also
inform you around 02 days prior to start of your tour the name
and mobile number of the Driver. You will also be given and
confirmed our office telephone numbers as well as the mobile
number of the representative who is looking after your
bookings. It all happens in such a organized way that from the
arrival at the Airport till your departure you can always

recommend to go for middle class (deluxe Hotels) as they offer

booking some specific Hotels very frequently so we would be
able to offer you a good package of Car Rental including the
Hotels. All the Hotels names will be informed in advance and a
Guarantee Voucher will be issued.
How about the toilets breaks on the way during ling drives ?
It could be tiring to drive on the bad Indian Roads. Some time
you hardly get an average of 30 to 40 kms per hour. However on
some Newly constructed Higways you can get the speed of around
120 kms / hour. Our Drivers know good location where you can
have toilet breaks.
Where can I eat during long days ?
Your flexible and reliable Chauffer will know the local
Restaurants (called as Midways Restaurants / Motals) while on
the Tours for long distances. He will suggest and give you
some of the good options you can always choose to stop at.
Can I have the vehicle at any city and return it some other
city:
We give you the great flexibility to rent a car and start your
tour at any of the location in India. If the tour lasts very
long and the traveling has to be through many different
states, in such a case there will be change of the Driver and
perhaps also of the vehicle. Being a large country and no name
boards and Roadmaps available for all the places we largely
relay on the local Driver for some specific areas. Change of
the car from one Indian state to another saves you money as in
some of the Indian states taxes on the cars from other states
are quite high and a vehicle from a different state has to pay
taxes on per day / per Seat basis (not on number of travelers
basis, though you are traveling as a couple with a Driver but
if the car has seven seats so the tax will have to be paid for
all the seats even if they are not being used by the
travelers) which can make your tour unnecessarily expansive
therefore it is better to change the car and use another car
for the next leg which is registered in another state. Please
note that the change for cars takes place only if your are
having a longer stay in each different state otherwise we
prefer to keep the same Driver and same car for the complete
tour as that way you and the Driver would both be comfortable
after having known each other since the start of the tour.
What will happen in case my flight gets delayed ?
Our Drivers / Chauffeurs will wait for your until they get the
exact information from you or from the local staff of Airline
at the Airport. In case the flight is delayed for more then
three hours they will leave the parking place to avoid the
Parking charges (which are quite high at the Airport Parking)
and return back again at the right time to receive you. Our
Drivers / Chauffeurs will hold your Name Board outside the
Exit Gate of the Airport.
Are their any cancellation charges in case if need to cancel
the made Car Rental Reservation?
Yes there are cancellation charges imposed on short notice
cancellations as we reserve your vehicle and hold the booking
on definite basis. We may not able to rent the car / Vehicle
immediately to other travelers and most of the travelers make
the Car Rental booking & Driver well in advance because in the
high tourist season it may be difficult to get the vehicles on
short notice. The Car Rental Cancellation amount may differ
depending on the day of the cancellation prior to start of

I want to try driving myself though I have a Driver provided
by you with me while I am traveling as Tourist in India ?
You should be at least 20 years old and must have a valid
Indian driving license or International driving permit issued
in the respective country. You may be asked for a photocopy of
your driving license, your passport copy and as well as a copy
of Indian visa at the time of booking
