Day 4 and
5: Sardar Samand Lake - Jojawar (about 72 kms)
Today in the morning after having breakfast we start our cycling tour
to Jojawar. If lucky we also spot various wild animals on the way like
camels, black buck, deer etc. Upon arrival in Jojawar Village we relax
for a while and then explore the village and interact with local
villagers. We also visit the adjacent village to Jojawar on foot to
become familiar with the rural life of Rajasthan. The view of the
village is very beautiful and scenic.
After visiting the village we ride back to the hotel. Dinner and
Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 6:
Jojawar - Kumbhalgarh (about 77
kms)
Today after having breakfast we proceed to
Kumbhalgarh. We pass
through very beautiful and scenic landscape through amazing hills with
several uphill rides. The scenery on the way is very beautiful and
enjoyable.
Upon
arrival in Kumbalgarh you will be transferred to the hotel. After a
short break and refreshments we start our cycling tour to the
Kumbhalgarh Fort which is the second most prominent fort of the Mewar
kingdom. Dinner and Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 7:
Kumbalgarh - Ranakpur - Kumbalgarh (about 64 kms)
Today in the morning after having breakfast we start our cycling tour
to
Ranakpur. Today we pass through some large hills and difficult paths.
This Ride takes us to famous Ranakpur Jain Temples.
Ranakpur Jain
Temple were founded in the 15th century under the rule of Rana Kumbha.
It is one of the most famous and largest and Jain temples in India. We
visit Ranakpur Jain Temples. After visiting the temples we start our
cycling tour to Kumbalgarh. Arrival in Hotel. Dinner and Overnight
stay at the hotel.
Day 8:
Kumbalgarh - Udaipur (about 102 kms)
Today in the early morning after having breakfast we start our cycling
tour to Udaipur. Udaipur is the city of lakes which is situated in the
Aravallis range of Rajasthan. Udaipur is situated at an elevation of
577 meters above sea level and enclosed by ancient Aravali mountains.
We check into the hotel. Distance
cycled: 60 kms.
