Dear Mr. Kumar,
Our trip was very good. Really an good experience ! We think that 17 days are a right duration to visit Rajasthan. Navin, our driver was always in time and he drove very softly. He gave us as we realized later always good advice and what was to do. He knows the street , location of hotels and roads very well. Our car was kept clean and was full with the petrol so we did not have to stop on the way for fuel. We really had a good driver. We thank you for all this and hope to see you again...... Giorgia Bentivogli - Italy

Dear Kumar, many thanks for organising the flights for me. I found you to be efficient, friendly and well organised. You were able to come up with a good solution for me, and fit in with my schedule -something that is rare in travel agents in India I found. I would recommend you to others without hesitation. Regards Simon Haben - UK

Rajasthan Tour by Car and Driver (India)

How could a private car with an experienced local driver be helpful for traveling and discovering Rajasthan in India?

Traveling through Rajasthan with a private car and an experienced local driver offers several advantages that enhance the overall travel experience. Here are some key benefits:

1. Flexibility and Comfort

  • A private car allows you to travel at your own pace, stopping whenever and wherever you wish.

  • You can explore off-the-beaten-path destinations that may not be easily accessible by public transportation.

  • It ensures a comfortable journey, especially on Rajasthan's long and sometimes challenging roads.

2. Local Insights and Expertise

  • An experienced local driver brings invaluable knowledge about the region, including hidden gems, local traditions, and lesser-known attractions.

  • They can recommend authentic eateries, shopping spots, and cultural experiences based on your interests.

3. Safety and Navigation

  • Rajasthan’s roads can be unpredictable, with varying conditions and traffic patterns. A seasoned driver ensures safe travel, even in remote areas.

  • The driver’s familiarity with local routes saves time and avoids the stress of navigation.

4. Convenience

  • With a private car, you avoid the hassle of waiting for public transport or dealing with its fixed schedules.

  • It’s easier to manage your luggage and personal belongings securely during travel.

5. Cultural Connection

  • Drivers often act as informal guides, sharing stories and history about the places you visit.

  • They can facilitate interactions with locals, enriching your cultural experience.

6. Efficient Itinerary Management

  • Cover multiple destinations efficiently in a single trip. Popular circuits like Jaipur-Jodhpur-Udaipur or Jaipur-Pushkar-Jaisalmer are easier to manage with private transport.

  • Adjust your schedule on the go to include spontaneous discoveries or unforeseen delays.

7. Access to Remote Locations

  • Rajasthan is known for its remote villages, desert landscapes, and forts, which can be challenging to reach without a private vehicle.

  • A driver familiar with these areas ensures you don't miss out on such unique experiences.

8. Enhanced Relaxation

  • Sit back and enjoy the journey without worrying about the complexities of driving in an unfamiliar region.

  • Spend more time soaking in Rajasthan’s stunning landscapes, from the Thar Desert to the Aravalli Hills.

In summary, a private car with a knowledgeable local driver provides convenience, cultural enrichment, and safety, ensuring a hassle-free and deeply rewarding exploration of Rajasthan.

There are several compelling reasons why a tourist should visit the state of Rajasthan in India:

Rich Cultural Heritage: Rajasthan is known for its vibrant and diverse cultural heritage. It is home to magnificent palaces, ancient forts, and intricately carved temples that showcase the grandeur of Rajput architecture. The cities of Jaipur, Udaipur, Jodhpur, and Jaisalmer are particularly renowned for their architectural marvels.

Majestic Forts and Palaces: Rajasthan boasts an impressive collection of forts and palaces that take you back in time to the era of kings and queens. The Amer Fort, Mehrangarh Fort, City Palace, and Hawa Mahal are just a few examples of the breathtaking structures that showcase the region's regal past.

Desert Landscapes: The Thar Desert, also known as the Great Indian Desert, covers a significant portion of Rajasthan. The desert offers a unique experience with its golden sand dunes, camel safaris, and cultural performances. Jaisalmer, also known as the "Golden City," is a popular destination in the desert region.

Wildlife and Natural Beauty: Rajasthan is home to several wildlife sanctuaries and national parks, offering opportunities for wildlife enthusiasts to explore and observe diverse flora and fauna. Ranthambore National Park is famous for its population of Bengal tigers, while Keoladeo National Park is a renowned bird sanctuary.

Colorful Festivals: Rajasthan is known for its vibrant festivals that showcase the state's rich traditions and customs. The Pushkar Camel Fair, Jaipur Literature Festival, and the Gangaur Festival are some of the prominent events that provide a glimpse into the cultural fabric of Rajasthan.

Warm Hospitality: Rajasthani people are known for their warm hospitality and welcoming nature. Visitors can immerse themselves in the local culture, interact with locals, and experience the traditional Rajasthani lifestyle firsthand.

Handicrafts and Shopping: Rajasthan is famous for its exquisite handicrafts, textiles, and jewelry. From block-printed textiles and tie-and-dye fabrics to traditional silver jewelry and pottery, the state offers a plethora of shopping opportunities for art enthusiasts and collectors.

Culinary Delights: Rajasthan's cuisine is a treat for food lovers. From the spicy and flavorsome Dal Bati Churma to the delectable Gatte ki Sabzi and Laal Maas (spicy mutton curry), the state's traditional dishes are a gastronomic delight.

These are just a few reasons why Rajasthan is a captivating destination for tourists. Its rich heritage, architectural marvels, cultural vibrancy, and natural beauty make it an incredible place to explore and experience the essence of India.Get a quote for car rental in Delhi for your Rajasthan tour.
