We can process for visa clearance after receiving all passport
details and confirmed bookings from
the guests.
The visa should be
applied at least 3 weeks prior to arrival date The rates for
visiting Bhutan
is fixed by the
Bhutan government.The peak season
(Mar, Apr, May, Sep, Oct, Nov)
are booked well in advance.
There is surcharge for 2 people (or less than three).
While on
trek, we provide 3 meals, guide services, accommodation in
tents, Sleeping tents, Dinning tent, Kitchen tent, Toilet tent,
Shower tent, Sleeping mattress, cook, helper, Ponies/Yaks to
carry the supplies only. Traveler booked with us have to bring
their sleeping bags and while on trek you will have to carry
only your Camera. Rest of the baggage will be taken care by our
team. The
above
rates are inclusive of accommodation on twin sharing basis, 3
meals, tea/coffee/snacks, transfers, transportation, guide,
entrance fees to monasteries etc and the government royalty.
Not
inclusive is the airfare, airport tax, visa fee, and other
miscellaneous expenses such as tips etc. Bhutan is
well connected by the flights of Druck Air. Druk Air (flights)
is connected to Bangkok (BKK), Kolkata (CCU) & Delhi (DHL) In
India, Katmandu (KTM), Dacca (DCC) & Ghaya (Gay).
You are advised to
send us reservation as early as possible, since Druk Air seats
are limited.
We will send
you visa application form and other necessary
information required for the Bhutan Visa. please fill the form & send it back
to us. The Bhutan Government will issue the visa approval letter
only after they received the tour payments. Once we received tour
payment we will obtain your visa approval letter & send it to
you. You have to show visa approval letter while you are
boarding the Druk Air. Your visa will be stamped on upon arrival
at Paro Airport (Bhutan). Your passport expiry dates should
minimum six months. The name & pass port number informed to us
be as in the passport to avoid any inconvenience at the boarding
time. Please do not use different Passports for
obtaining the Visa and for travelleing as this is checked and
you will have to pay heavy Penalty. No vaccinations are currently required for Bhutan. Only visitors
from areas with yellow fever need to be vaccinated at least 10
days before arrival. Also cholera and anti malarial medication
is recommended for travellers who will be visiting rural areas
of districts bordering India.
