Dear
Sanjeev,
now we are back to normal and have
settled down into our own lives,
we would both like to take this
opportunity to thank you and your
excellent staff for making our
holiday memorable. Right from our
first contact with your company
everyone was efficient and
understanding of our requests and
needs and replied with updated
information very quickly. The
bookings were all in place and our
whole trip went smooth as silk,
notwithstanding India Standard
Time as explained to us by one of
your very excellent local
managers. We found the whole
journey a great wonder to us and
we are overawed by the manner in
which your people continued to
assist us and make the time spent
in each place an absolute
treasure.
The
drivers, Mukesh in particular were
very excellent as well as the
driver from Amritsar Mr Singh.
Please pass on our compliments to
them and thank them for making the
roads in India a great journey for
us.
The
guides in each place were
excellent and gave us a wealth of
information. Just a small comment
on the young guide in Varanassi,
he was very immature and should
perhaps be considered used for
younger persons rather than more
mature people.
The
local manager in Varanassi Mr
Ahmed, was most helpful with the
Train dilemma and solved the
problem right on the station just
minutes before leaving. We were
most appreciative of this and the
Train journey from that point went
extremely well.
All
our hotels were great, apart
from the one in Dharamasala
which was under renovation.
A
couple of small feedback items for
your future guests that might
assist.
Once
again Sanjeev, we would like to
thank you all very much, we had
the most wonderful journey to
India, your company did a
marvellous job of our bookings,
dovetailing everything together so
that it ran like clockwork. We
have already passed on your
details to many of our contacts
and hope that you company
continues to prosper.
