Payment procedure
For the booked Tour
services & Activities a part of the payment is be made to hold the
booking on confirmed basis. The amount of advance payment will be
decided according the nature of services and time left before
the first booking. Once we have received the initial advance payment
we would send you the receipt and final confirmation.
Due payment can can be made
prior to start of your tour by bank transfer as well as after your arrival in India
to our representative or at our local offices. Please mention the date of arrival and your name
at time of making the payment through the banking channel.
Payments can be made through Cheques and bank
transfers : Bank Details & payment instruction of respective
currency will be sent with your Travel Documents at the time of
Booking the tour.
Upon receiving the payment you will get the confirmation
from us and you are updated
about the sent payment and balance payment if any to
be made with Indo Vacations.
Important Information

Any exchanged information between you and Indo Vacations will be kept confidential and
will be used only for the tour and travel booking purpose. The payment gateway we used
by us is approved by VERISIGN and so gives you the highest standard of
security. However your personal details (name, Email ID, address, Telephone number) will be used
only to communicate with you in the matter of the services you asking us for.
Service Delivery Policy & Validity of our rates
Indo Vacations intend to keep the rates as mentioned
on the website. There will not be any change of rates once agreed
upon. However the quoted rates are subject to change without notice
due to imposition of taxes on the fuel, changed
Policy of hotels etc. In such an event
an effort will be made to give a notice in as much in advance as
possible.
Alteration
Any changes in the Hotel Booking arrangements must be informed immediately and we reserve the
right to charge cancellation fees that may be incurred by failure to allow us
sufficient time to amend the arrangements originally requested. Additional cost for
changes of arrangements shall be borne by the Client.
Refund & Cancellations Policy
Cancellations of tour/s & Activities booked
with us will be charged as under:
1) Tour cancellation until 45 Days
prior to the Tour starting date: 15% of the total amount of the Tour booked with us.
2) Until 31 – 44 Days 20%*
3) Until 23 – 30 Days 30%*
4) Until 16 – 22 Days 40%*
5) Until 7 – 15 Days
50%*
(For group tours 70%)
6) Until 2 – 06 days
60%*
(For group tours 80%)
7) Until 01 days
80%*
(For group tours 95%)
Leaving
or beraking
the jounrey after the tour start 95%

Airline fares are not covered under the above cancellation policy
and may differ as per airline policies. Special fares Domestic Air
tickets are these days mostly non refundable.
* The duration 22nd December till 10th January is considered as very
high season and the cancellation policy of some hotels (especially
of Goa Hotels) may vary or could be higher then during the rest of
the year (as per hotels policy on those particular dates).
Remark:
Above Refund & Cancellations Policy
may vary during high seasons like Christmas , New Year and local
festivals if any booked Hotel Institution has specific cancellation
policies which may differ then mentioned above.
Liability
Indo Vacations, on behalf of its Management, Employees and associates notify that they
act only as agents for the owners, contractors, and suppliers providing services of related arrangements for travel and therefore assume
no responsibility for any injury or loss or delay to a passenger or property or
indirectly from acts of God.
Insurance
We recommend that all tourists must arrange adequate insurance cover against
accidents, health hazard, missed flight connections, loss of baggage etc. for their
entire journey prior to their arrival in India.
Privacy Policy
Indo
Vacations (Tour Operator) is committed to protecting our customers
privacy.
Any personal information received from visitors will be treated as
confidential. Your personal contact details will be held and used
strictly in accordance with the Information Privacy Principles of
the Information Privacy Act. Information obtained will only be used
for the purpose of updating you about your tour planning.
Payment procedure
After receiving the confirmation from your side
for the booked tour we will send you the invoice mentioning you the
total amount. Afterwards you can make the payment to us through different modes.
