Day 01: Flight to India (Delhi)
Around midnight arrival in Delhi. Upon arrival, you will be
met by our representative and transferred to the hotel.
Day 02: Delhi
The whole day is at leisure.
Day 03: Delhi - Corbett National Park (about 296 km)
Today in the morning after having the breakfast you will drive
further to visit the Corbett National Park. Around 50 species
of mammals, 580 species of birds, 25 reptiles, 110 species of
trees, 51 of shrubs and 33 species of bamboo and grass are
found here.
Day 04: Corbett National Park
In the early morning you will drive towards Bhuvankhal to
witness the beautiful sunrise and the snow clad peaks of the
central Himalayas. Afterwards you will have a jungle safari in
the Corbett National Park. In the Corbett National Park you
will watch the activities of various animals like Tiger,
Leopard, Elephant, Deer, Wild Boar, Leopard Cat, Jungle Cat,
Fishing Cat, Sloth Bear, Himalayan Black Bear, Dhole or Wild
Dog, Langur, Rhesus Monkey, Himalayan Palm Civet, Indian Grey
Mongoose, Common Otter, Blacknaped Hare, Porcupine and Jackal.
After visiting the park you will drive further to view the
crocodiles along the banks of the Ramganga River.
Day 05: Corbett National Park - Delhi (about 296 km)
After having breakfast you will drive to Delhi. Rest of the
day at leisure in Delhi.
Day 06: Delhi - Sariska National Park
Today you will drive to Sariska. It is situated in the
northern part of Aravali hills, one of the oldest mountain
range. Sariska National Park covers an area of 210 square km
and was declared a Tiger Reserve in the year 1973. In the
evening you will take a Jungle safari in the Sariska National
Park to watch the activities of Sambar, Chital, Nilgai,
Chausingha, Spotted Deer, Jackal, Wild boar, Langur, Hyena,
Hare, Porcupine, Leopard, etc.
Day 07: Sariska National Park - Ranthambore
In the morning you will drive to Ranthambore to visit the
Ranthambore National Park, which is rich in wildlife.
Ranthambore National Park is surrounded by the Vindhyas and
the Aravali mountains and covers an area of 392 square km. The
Tiger remains the biggest attraction of the Ranthambore
National Park.
Day 08: Ranthambore - Bharatpur
In the morning you will visit Ranthambore National Park and
then drive to Bharatpur. The marshes here are home to over 360
species of birds including the Siberian cranes. Bharatpur is
popular for its bird sanctuary or the Keoladeo Ghana National
Park, finest in Asia. This sanctuary has more than 400 species
of water birds and is also the best spot to watch the exotic
migratory birds from Afghanistan, Central Asia, Tibet as well
as Siberian cranes from the Arctic.
Day 09: Bharatpur - Fatehpur Sikri - Agra
In the early morning you will explore the Bharatpur Bird
Sanctuary. After visiting this sanctuary you will proceed to
Agra. Enroute you will make a stop and visit Fatehpur Sikri,
which was once an imperial capital frozen in time, constructed
by Akbar the Great in the 16th century. This wonderful city
constructed by red sand stones was abandoned as abruptly as it
had been built. It has been generally stated that it was due
to failing in the water supply. In the evening arrive in Agra.
Evening free for leisure.
Day 10: Agra - Jabalpur (by train)
Today you will start your sightseeing by a visit to the Agra
Fort, built by three of the greatest Mughal emperors. After
the visit of Agra Fort you will proceed to visit the most
beautiful monument of India, the Taj Mahal, an enduring
monument to love, with a continually fulfilling beauty. In the
evening you will drive to the railway station for the train to
Jabalpur.
Day 11: Jabalpur
In the morning arrive in Jabalpur. In the afternoon you wil
have sightseeing in Jabalpur. The main places to visit in
Jabalpur are the Marble Rocks, Dhuandhar Falls. You will also
visit Chaunsath Yogini Mandir, a 10th century temple with tone
carvings.
Day 12: Jabalpur - Bandhavgarh National Park
In the morning from Jabalpur you will drive further to visit
Bandhavgarh National Park. Bandhavgarh National Park covers an
area of 105 square km. and lies in the Vindhyan Mountains. The
animals found in this area are Tiger, Leopard, Sloth Bear,
Gaur, Sambar, Chital, Nilgai, Chinkara, Wild Pig. It is the
same place where white tigers were first originated.
Day 13: Bandhavgarh National Park - Kanha National Park
In the morning you will leave the Bandhavgarh National Park
and proceed to visit the Kanha National Park. Kanha National
Park is perhaps the largest wildlife sanctuary in Asia. This
park is a home of animals like Tiger, Porcupine, Jackal, Sloth
Bear, Jungle Cat, Macaque, Dhole, Bison and a wide variety of
birds. If we are lucky we will get to see the rare hardground
Barasingha, which is found only in Kanha National Park.
Day 14: Kanha National Park - Khajuraho
In the morning again you will explore the Kanha National Park.
After the Safari you will leave the Kanha National Park and
drive to Khajuraho. Rest of the day at leisure.
Day 15: Khajuraho - Varanasi (by air)
Today you will visit the temple complex of Eastern Group and
Western Group to see the most beautiful temples in India. In
the afternoon transfer to the airport for the flight to
Varanasi. Rest of the day at leisure.
Day 16: Varanasi
In the early morning you will take a boat ride on the holy
river Ganges and enjoy sunrise on the boat. Thousands of
pilgrims and devotees visit this city to make holy prayers, to
meditate and to purify themselves through taking a bath in the
holy river Ganges. In the noon you will visit the city of
Varanasi.
Day 17: Varanasi - Delhi (by air)
In the afternoon you will drive to the airport for the flight
from Varanasi to Delhi. In Delhi you will have rest of the day
at leisure.
Day 18: Delhi (Departure)
Around midnight flight to home destination.
