Day 01: Delhi (Arrival)
Around midnight arrive in Delhi. Upon arrival, you will be met
by our representative and transferred to the hotel.
Day 02: Delhi - Jaipur (about 270 km / 5-6 hours)
This morning is at leisure. In the afternoon drive to the
“pinkcity” Jaipur.
Day 03 till day 09: Jaipur (Total 07 days Yoga &
Ayurveda training session)
Today you will start with your Yoga and Ayurveda course in
Jaipur. In the early morning from 06:00 till 08.30 there will
be Yoga classes. During the Yoga session you will be taught
various Yoga exercises and asanas. After getting fresh and a
short break it is time to enjoy vegetarian breakfast. After
the breakfast we recommend you to take some rest.
In the afternoon after having lunch from 15.30 to 17.30 you
will be given Ayurveda treatments During the Ayurveda session
you will be treated as per your treatment schedule suggested
by Ayurveda doctor according to your body type. You will be
offered different treatments as oil therapy, steam and herbal
treatment.
In the evening there will be a lecture on a certain topic on
the practice of Ayurveda or Yoga in daily life from our
Ayurveda and Yoga experts.
Day 10: Jaipur
After having breakfast you will drive to Amber which is about
11 km from Jaipur. Amber was the ancient capital of Kachhawaha
dynasty for 6 centuries before it was moved to newly created
Jaipur. Here you will ascend to the Palace Fortress on the
back of an Elephant. Enroute to Amber you will visit the Hawa
Mahal (Palace of the Winds), built in 1799 AD, it contains 953
small casements with each having its own balcony. In the
afternoon you will visit the City Palace which is still the
formal residence of the royal family, built in a blend of the
Rajasthani and Mughal architecture. In the museum of the city
palace we visit the private collection of the Jaipur
Maharajas. Then you will have a walk through the colourful
Bazaar of Jaipur and visit a factory to see the famous block
printing work being done since centuries in Jaipur. Later
visit Jantar Mantar, a stone observatory, the largest of Jai
Singh's five remarkable observatories. In the evening you will
drive through the new city of Jaipur and visit “Laxmi Narayan
Mandir”, a Hindu temple made out of white marble.
Day 11: Jaipur - Alwar (about 165 kms / 3 hours)
Today you will drive to Alwar. Overnight stay at Hotel
Dadhikar Fort.
Day 12: Alwar - Fatehpur Sikri - Agra (about 165 kms / 3
hours)
Today you will drive through a series of fields, small towns
and villages to Agra. Enroute you will make a stop and visit
Fatehpur Sikri, which was once an imperial capital frozen in
time, constructed by Akbar the Great in the 16th century. This
wonderful city constructed by red sand stones was abandoned as
abruptly as it had been built. It has been generally stated
that it was due to failing in the water supply. Late evening
arrival in Agra.
Day 13: Agra - Delhi (about 200 km / 4 hours)
Today, you will start your sightseeing by a visit to the Agra
Fort, built by three of the greatest Mughal emperors. After
the visit of Agra Fort you will proceed to visit the most
beautiful monument of India, the Taj Mahal, an enduring
monument to love, with a continually fulfilling beauty. It was
built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan between 1631-52, as a
tomb and memorial to his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal (Jewel of
the Palace), who died at the age of 39 giving birth to her
14th child. Later you will drive to Delhi.
Day 14: Delhi
In the morning, after having breakfast you will have
sightseeing in Old Delhi. You will have a Rickshaw Ride
parallel to the Red Fort through the old city and famous Silk
Road and Silver Bazaar. Sightseeing of Old Delhi includes
Rajghat, Jama Masjid, Humayun Tomb and Qutub Minar. Before you
will proceed to the hotel you will drive through New Delhi
where you will visit the India Gate, Government Buildings and
Embassies.
Day 15: Flight to Home
Around Midnight flight back to the home destination.
