Ayurveda
and Yoga tour is an ideal tour for those who are interested
in traditional Indian
science. Ayurveda means the "science
of life". It originated in India more than 5,000 years back and is
believed to be the oldest healing science in existence, from which all
other systems emerged. Yoga is an important,
natural, preventive measure to ensure good health.
Yoga is the science of the union with the divine, with truth. The practice
of an ayurvedic regimen is a precursor to Yoga, because it is only when
the body is fit that the individual is ready to study the spiritual
science of Yoga.
Ayurveda
explains the laws of nature that cause health or disease.

grandson's reign, Shah Jahan who built the impressive imperial quarters and
mosque. After the visit of Agra Fort we proceed to visit the most beautiful
monument of India, the
Taj Mahal, an enduring monument to love, with a
continually fulfilling beauty. It was built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan
between 1631-52, as a tomb and memorial to his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal
